Mahalaxmi Green Home Loan
- Green Home Loan shall be provided for construction of home/building with any of the following features:
• Water Based Energy, Waste Water Treatment, Wind Energy, Solar Energy, Biological Energy, Agriculture and forest based, any other sustainable energy based - For Green Home buyer maximum up to 70% of FMV could be sanctioned on following basis:
• Construction/Purchase of a house or apartment with provisions of renewal or sustainable resources. - Tenure: Minimum: 2 years, Maximum: up to 30 years
- Mahalaxmi Green Home Loan at 6.99% (Scheme rate) Fixed for 7 years.
- Limit: Minimum: NPR 700,000, Maximum: NPR 30,000,000.
