Mr. Sanjeev Pant is a seasoned banking professional with over 29 years of extensive experience in the financial sector. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Tribhuvan University and has built a strong career grounded in credit, risk management, and banking operations. His expertise spans credit appraisal, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and portfolio management. He has served in various roles across the banking industry, including over a decade in managerial positions at Nepal SBI Bank Ltd., where he also worked as Chief Risk Officer (CRO). During his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening risk governance, enhancing internal controls, and implementing effective credit and risk management frameworks. Currently serving as Chief – Central Credit Administration and Control, Mr. Pant oversees the bank’s credit administration and risk control functions. His leadership continues to support prudent credit practices, regulatory compliance, and the overall strengthening of the bank’s institutional and risk management framework.
