Mahalaxmi Margin Lending Loan

Mahalaxmi Share Loan is a loan product paper deliberated to cash against the share (DMAT Share) listed in the Nepal Stock Exchange.  The bank provides loan facility by pledging the listed share/s at a predetermined rate of interest.  The bank sanctions the credit facility after obtaining required documents with the reasonable valuation of the share/s to be pledged.  This facility will be in revolving nature.

Loan Limit         :  Minimum limit NPR. 5 Lakh

                          : Maximum Limit NPR 150,000,000.00 (for Single obligor limit) not    exceeding 150 Million SOL limit including other BFIs.

Loan Tenure        : Maximum up to l year and could renew based upon the requirement of customer.

Eligibility of the Borrower:

• Only Individual/ investment company/firm Borrower.
• Nationality: Nepalese Citizen
• Tenure: One Year
• Should have a good reputation, repayment capacity.
• Should not be black listed with any banks & financial institutions.
