Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank and Rotary International District 3292 Sign MoU for Collaboration in Education and Literacy

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited, which has been providing quality financial services, and Rotary International District 3292 – Basic Education and Literacy Committee have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate in the field of education and literacy. The MoU was signed on 25 September 2026 (9th Ashwin 2083).
Under this support, the Bank will collaborate on projects focused on the construction and improvement of school toilets, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) initiatives, establishment of computer labs, and other projects aimed at improving basic education and the overall educational environment of community and public schools.
As part of its commitment to society, the Bank has also recently provided financial assistance to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund with the objective of supporting the relief, rescue, and reconstruction efforts for citizens affected by the devastating floods in the Bhotekoshi–Trishuli River region.
