Information Technology Department: System Support: Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant (Few)

Job Profile:

This position supports the organizations IT infrastructure by assisting in the configuration, maintenance, and management of computer systems, servers, networks and associated hardware and software. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring stability and end user technical support.   

Qualification:   

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BSc. CSIT, BCA, BIT, BE Computer, BIM, BSc. ICT) from a recognized university

Experience:    

Knowledge on computer hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting or having equivalent certification. Candidates must have Knowledge of windows or mac OS operating system.

Age Critera:

Assistant Level: Age not less than 18 years and not exceeding 35 years as of vacancy deadline.
