Mr. Ashwini Kumar Thakur is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in Nepal’s financial and economic sectors. He retired as the Executive Director of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), where he played a strategic role in policy formulation, program development, and institutional strengthening. Throughout his tenure, he led multiple cross-functional initiatives, managed diverse teams, and oversaw the successful implementation of high-impact projects aimed at enhancing the central bank’s effectiveness.
He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Rastriya Beema Sansthan, contributing significantly to the development of Nepal’s insurance landscape.

He holds an MBA in Marketing and International Trade from LNMCBM, Barkatullah University, India, and a B.Sc. in Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry from Trichandra Campus, Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
Mr. Sagar Malla is an experienced professional with a strong background in hydropower, construction, and project management. He has been associated with Rangun Khola Hydropower Pvt. Ltd. since 2017, where he currently serves as Senior Manager, leading administration, operations, procurement, and team management.

He has previously worked with Mountain Hydro Construction Pvt. Ltd., Nawadev Kastha Tatha Furniture Udhyog Pvt. Ltd., and Utsav Events, where he gained expertise in operations, project supervision, human resource management, event planning, and vendor coordination.

Alongside his professional career, Mr. Malla has been actively involved with the Rotaract movement under Rotary International District 3292, serving as District Director, Treasurer, and Zonal Representative. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Ace Institute of Management and a BBA in Finance from Thames International College.
Mr. Salik Ram Aryal is a seasoned business leader possesing over 15 years of experience as executive across construction, trading, education, auditing, and corporate governance. He has demonstrated strong expertise in strategic leadership, financial oversight, and institutional development. From 24th AGM dated on 2082/09/21, has been elected as director (Representing from Public Group) He currently serves as Chairman of Khilung Kalika Construction Pvt. Ltd. and CEO of Khilung Kalika Suppliers & General Trading Pvt. Ltd., leading organizational growth, operational excellence, and governance practices. He also contributes to corporate and social institutions, including his role as Vice-Chairman of Khuma Aryal Foundation and Corporate Member of Sanjeevani Nepal Group of Companies. An MBA graduate in Finance, Mr. Aryal has solid expertise in audit, compliance, and strategic management, with international exposure across multiple countries. His leadership reflects commitment to governance, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
